At this time, we do not offer shipping services for cannabis products due to legal restrictions. All orders must be picked up in-store or through curbside pickup.

2. Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?

Absolutely! When placing your order online, select the “in-store pickup” option at checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready for collection.

3. What is the average processing time for orders?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 hours during store hours. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid delays during peak times.

4. What happens if I’m unable to pick up my order on the same day?

No worries! We’ll hold your order for up to 2 days. If you’re unable to pick it up within that time frame, it will be canceled, and you may need to place a new order.

5. Is there a curbside pickup option available?

Yes, we offer convenient curbside pickup. When placing your order, choose this option, and follow the instructions provided in your confirmation email. Upon arrival, park in the designated area and email info@blazezoneexotics.com to have your order brought to your car.
